The Pecner company produces syrups made in the traditional way to meet the specific requirements of each of its clients.
The company makes its syrups from white sugar beet, raw cane sugar and refined cane sugar. This authentic sucrose is used for its great sweetness, good keeping qualities and strong, high quality image.

The syrups are made using pure, distilled water. The sugar and water are heated to a temperature of 70°C to ensure perfect melting and a homogeneous finished product. The syrups are also filtered to ensure brilliance and clarity and they are stored before being shipped.

All the syrups are made to a concentration of between 65 and 66° Brix so that they are easy to use even when cold, while also ensuring that they keep well.

The Pecner company carries out quality control checks throughout the production process right up to storage, before the syrups are shipped.

The Pecner company has an annual production capacity of around 3,200 tonnes of syrups. This highly-organised company has the resources to quickly respond to the needs of its clients.
